A beautiful sunny day greeted our year 4/5 children as we descended on Dartmoor.  We quickly scrambled up Hound torr to adjust to the Dartmoor surroundings, followed by a quick lunch before getting stuck into our first activities.

The high ropes and abseiling tower offered us our first challenges of our stay.  An opportunity to conquer any fears of heights and to push ourselves out of our comfort zone was greeted head on.

All children bravely took on the challenge with courage and gusto and along with each others encouragement were able to achieve their individual goals.

We are now eagerly awaiting dinner time and an early night!! (Wishful thinking!)
